Burgers, good. Gravy, good. Put them together and you've got something great. Try this "ahh Bisto" recipe and you'll never turn back, trust us.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl
Divide the mixture into four. Lightly wet your hands. Carefully roll the mixture into balls, each about the size of a tennis ball.
Gently flatten the balls into 3cm thick patties using the palm of your hand. Make sure all the burgers are the same thickness so that they will cook evenly.
Put the burgers on a plate, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge to firm up for at least 30 mins.
While the burgers are chilling, preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Take the burgers out of fridge and place on parchment paper on a baking tray.
Cook on the middle shelf of the oven for 25 minutes. Alternatively you can cook on a preheated barbeque for 15 minutes turning every 5 minutes.
Serve in burger buns with salad and sides of your choice.
