Bisto Beef Favourite Gravy helps to make this Stroganoff rich, glossy and satisfying. Serve drizzled over rice for an "aah Bisto" worthy dinner.
Heat a large frying pan until very hot.
Add the olive oil and then the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes, colouring all over.
Add the onion and mushrooms, then the garlic. Continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add the white wine and cook until the liquid has reduced a little.
Add the cream, water and Bisto Beef Gravy Granules then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the smoked paprika and continue to simmer until thickened.
To serve, drench some rice with the the Stroganoff and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top.
