Take leftover veg from "meh" to "aah Bisto" with our inspired recipe for Leftover Veg Hash Browns with Bisto Onion Favourite Gravy dip.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade
Mash the potatoes and vegetables with a wooden spoon or squeeze through hands until roughly mashed together.
Add the dried oregano and Bisto Onion Gravy Granules, then mix thoroughly.
Divide the mix into 50g balls using a weighing scales, you should end up with 15 balls.
Shape into circular hash browns using your hands, or a round 6cm mould.
Place the hash browns onto a baking tray lined with grease proof paper and bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
Make extra Bisto Onion Gravy (as per pack instructions) and pour into three bowls.
Serve the hash browns with a bowl of Bisto Onion Favourite Gravy and dip with abandon. Yum!
